AA AA6226 - tow rope 4 tonnes, yellow, 4 m

AA AA6226 - tow rope 4 tonnes

The AA6226 tow rope from AA is a durable solution in case of a breakdown or when a car is immobilized on the road. The bright yellow, highly visible strap about 4 meters long lets you safely tow a passenger vehicle weighing up to 4 tonnes, which is sufficient for most passenger cars.

Flexible construction

The rope is made of a flexible material that limits sudden jerks and reduces tension during towing - important for both the towed and the towing vehicle. Both ends are fitted with quick release metal hooks that make it easy to attach and detach the rope quickly.

In the box and compatibility

The product is supplied in a zippered carry bag with an instruction manual, which makes it easy to store in the trunk. To use the rope, the towed vehicle must have a towing eye. The rope meets the British standard BS AU 187 for towing equipment.

Use

This is practical emergency equipment for every driver – useful with a flat battery, an engine fault or getting stuck in mud or snow. The compact size when folded lets you keep the rope in the car at all times.
