Akozon Metal fuel tank for ATV quad with cap

Metal fuel tank for ATV quad

A fuel tank intended as a replacement part for the fuel system of Chinese-made quads, including replacement models for the TaoTao, Buyang, Coolsport, Sunl, Eagle, JCL and Peace brands. It lets you replace a damaged or leaking original tank with a new, sealed part without touching the rest of the fuel system.

Material and construction

The tank is made of high-hardness metal that resists deformation and mechanical damage. Thanks to its metal construction it stays durable with long-term off-road use, and its surface is protected against corrosion and aging.

Sealing

The tank is fitted with a matching filler cap that provides good sealing properties. This reduces the risk of fuel leakage and loss of fuel vapors when riding over uneven terrain.

Dimensions

The overall length is about 28 cm, the mounting hole spacing is about 25.4 cm, the width is approx. 17.8 cm and the height approx. 15.2 cm. Before buying, compare these dimensions with the original tank fitted to your vehicle.

Use

A part intended for quads with small and medium engine displacement, used as a direct replacement for a worn tank in fuel system repairs.
