Alpi Nature – organic pu-erh red tea from Yunnan, 200 g

Pu-erh is a fermented and aged tea from China's Yunnan province (Yunnan), often called red tea in Poland. It is a 200 g pack of product from certified organic farms.

Taste

The brew has a deep, earthy character with a lightly sweet, mild finish. For many people it is an interesting alternative to black tea – smooth but distinctive, with a medium caffeine content.

How to brew

Pour 250 ml of hot water over one to two teaspoons of dry leaf and steep for three to five minutes, then strain through a sieve. It works well as a loose leaf tea for an infuser or teapot. Store the dry leaf in a dry, dark place, in a tightly closed package.

The producer labels it as organic tea with no additives, no artificial flavors and no colorants, and the 200 g box is enough for many cups.

Also spelled pu erh, in this edition as organic tea with a stated origin. Good for multiple infusions of the leaves if you brew it in a small teapot or a cup with a strainer.
