The Arena Kickboard is a basic piece of training equipment used by swimmers to isolate leg work during pool training. Holding the board with arms extended, the swimmer can focus on kick technique without using the hands to stay afloat.

Material and construction

The board is made entirely of EVA foam (ethylene-vinyl acetate), PVC-free, which makes it light, soft to the touch and resistant to mechanical damage. Its low weight (207 g) means the board stays afloat well, providing adequate buoyancy during exercises.

Grips and ergonomics
