FLRY-B electrical cable for vehicle wiring

A single-core FLRY-B cable with a cross-section of 4.0 mm2, designed for building and repairing the electrical system in vehicles. The set includes two five-meter lengths of cable in two different colors, which makes it easier to mark circuits during installation, for example positive and ground or separate control circuits.

Material and construction

The cable is made of ultra-pure, soft-annealed copper of 99.99% purity, in accordance with the DIN EN 13602 standard. The conductor is made up of fine wires with a maximum diameter of 0.4 mm, which provides high flexibility of the cable and resistance to breaking when routing the wiring in hard-to-reach places of the vehicle.

Insulation

The cable is covered with a thermoplastic PVC insulation sheath with a hardness of Sh90, light-resistant and free of silicone, cadmium and lead. The thin insulation wall saves space when routing wiring harnesses in tight areas of the body.

Use

The cable is suitable for many installation uses in a vehicle: lighting wiring, signaling systems, electrical accessories and repairs of damaged sections of the wiring harness.

Standard and origin

The product complies with the EN 60228 standard and is made in Germany, in quality corresponding to original vehicle equipment.
