Batman: The Dark Knight DE DVD movie

The sequel to "Batman Begins," directed by Christopher Nolan, presents the avenging angel of Gotham, who takes on a new player in the city - the psychopathic jester, the Joker (Heath Ledger, posthumous Oscar winner for best supporting actor). Over the past year, Batman (Christian Bale), working with Commissioner Gordon (Gary Oldman) and the new district attorney Harvey Dent (Aaron Eckhart), has successfully cleared the streets of Gotham of the organized criminal gangs that previously terrorized the city. Although the situation seems to be under control, on the personal front Bruce Wayne discovers a rival in the form of the new district attorney, who, as a shrewd political player, likes to keep his cards close to his chest.
