These are dried, cut leaves of common nettle (Urtica dioica) from organic cultivation. Only young, tender shoots are harvested, and they are dried right after picking to preserve the aroma. The product contains no additives and is GMO-free. It is a simple herb for everyday herbal tea.

How to prepare an infusion

Pour 150 ml of boiling water over a heaped teaspoon of the herb, cover and leave for about 10 minutes, then strain through a sieve. Nettle infusion is caffeine-free.

Other uses

Young nettle leaves have a mild flavor similar to spinach, so after gentle crumbling you can add them to salads and soups.
