Bouygues Air 4830 WiFi signal booster access point

Bouygues Air 4830 WiFi signal booster access point.

Extended range.

The repeater lets Bbox Ultym customers enjoy better Wi-Fi coverage, which translates into a more stable internet connection at home. The smart Bouygues Telecom repeater automatically selects the optimal Wi-Fi band (2.4 or 5 GHz), ensuring high data transfer speeds. In addition, it is fully compatible with Bbox features such as Wi-Fi scheduling, Media Center and parental control.

Compatibility.

The device complies with the latest Wi-Fi standards: 802.11b, g, and 802.11ac, which allows maximum data transfer speeds. It also has a WPS button that makes connecting new devices easier and an Ethernet port for connecting a device without Wi-Fi.

Installing the Bbox repeater is quick and simple:

1. Pairing with the Bbox.
Plug the repeater into a power outlet less than 2 meters from the Bbox, press the power button on the device, then press the Wi-Fi button on the Bbox. After the Bbox LED starts flashing, press the WPS button on the repeater until the Wi-Fi LEDs light up green.

2. Repeater location.
Move the device to a convenient place to extend the range (see below). If the Wi-Fi LEDs stay red after moving it, it means the repeater should be closer to the Bbox.
