The 1.5 kg Browin ham maker lets you prepare cold cuts, pates and vegetarian dishes at home without artificial preservatives and fillers, which we do not want in ready-made store-bought products. The device is made of materials intended for safe contact with food.

How to use

Meat or other ingredients are placed in the mold, pressed down with the spring-loaded lid and cooked in water or baked in the oven until the right internal temperature is reached. In the center of the lid there is a socket with a hole through which a probe thermometer can be inserted to precisely control the temperature of the contents.
