The Comfytemp gel pack is a reusable compress for cold and hot therapy around the knee. It helps relieve pain, swelling, sprains and bruises, and also supports recovery after orthopaedic procedures, including knee replacement surgery.

Application

Chilled in the freezer, the compress provides deep cold therapy that relieves sprains, knee joint injuries and inflammation. Heated in a microwave, it works as a warm compress, helping to relax muscles and improve circulation. Thanks to its universal shape it can also be used on the shoulders, neck, back, elbows, ankles and feet.

Ease of use

• Large size of 35 x 27 cm, fitting the front and back of the knee
• Two removable, adjustable straps with hook-and-loop fasteners allow free movement while wearing
• Double layer of material - a soft, plush side against the skin and a nylon side for good temperature transfer
• Gel filling keeps its temperature longer than standard packs

How to use

Before cold use, chill the pack in the freezer for at least an hour, then apply for about 30 minutes. For heat therapy, heat the pack in the microwave for 40 seconds, extending the time by a further 10 seconds if needed.
