DEERC Apache SQN040 – remote control helicopter 2.4 GHz, 2 batteries

DEERC Apache – remote control helicopter for indoor flying

A model of the Apache attack helicopter designed for easy indoor flying. The remote control helicopter has automatic altitude hold and one-button takeoff and landing, so a beginner pilot will quickly master the controls. The manufacturer recommends it for children aged 8 to 12 and for adults.

Key features

• 3.5 channels and adjustable speed,
• 2.4 GHz remote,
• 2 modular batteries charged via USB-C – about 26 minutes of flight in total,
• LED lights,
• spare main and tail rotor blades included.

Design

The helicopter is about 23 cm long and lightweight, and the realistic military details echo the original Apache. The batteries are swapped in a few seconds, so when one runs down you can keep flying right away. It is best flown indoors in a room without drafts, away from faces and animals.

Piloting develops coordination, reflexes and an interest in aviation. Younger children should fly it under adult supervision.
