deleyCON - M6 cage nut set for server and rack cabinets

The deleyCON mounting set contains one hundred sets of cage nuts, washers and screws in size M6, intended for mounting equipment in network and server cabinets. It is a practical solution for people building or expanding a rack cabinet who need universal fixing elements.

Application

The cage nuts fit standard 19-inch and 10-inch cabinets and enclosures, i.e. the typical size of network cabinets, server cabinets, wall-mounted enclosures and racks. They work well for mounting patch panels, network switches, fans and other components fixed to a rack rail.

How to install

The cage nut is slid into the hole of the mounting rail at the back of the enclosure, and the component being mounted is then screwed in from the front using the supplied pan head Phillips screw. This system lets you fix equipment quickly and securely without having to tap holes in the enclosure.

Construction and set contents

The parts are made of alloy steel with a black finish, which ensures strength and a neat appearance in a server cabinet. The set contains one hundred M6 cage nuts, one hundred M6 washers and one hundred M6 x 20 mm screws.
