DeWALT DWE550 circular saw 1200 W, 165 mm blade – corded 230 V

DeWALT DWE550 – corded 1200 W circular saw

A compact saw for any job site

The DWE550 is a handheld circular saw powered from the 230 V mains, with a 165 mm blade. It is suitable for cutting boards, square timber, OSB, plywood and panels. Its small size and low weight make one-handed work easier, e.g. when trimming parts on scaffolding or on a roof.

Key features

• 1200 W motor,
• speed up to 5500 rpm,
• cutting depth up to 55 mm at a right angle,
• adjustable bevel cutting angle,
• carbide-tipped blade included,
• spindle lock that makes blade changes easier.

Who it is for

The saw is a good choice for carpenters, roofers, fitters and DIY enthusiasts who want constant power without worrying about charging batteries.

The saw can be fitted with blades with different tooth counts: fewer teeth speed up rip cuts in wood, more give a cleaner edge in boards and plywood. It is also worth connecting a vacuum cleaner.
