The largest box in the system

The DS400 is a deep box from the TOUGHSYSTEM 2.0 system measuring about 55 x 37 x 41 cm. It holds large power tools, hammer drills, reciprocating saws, extension cords and a supply of materials. IP65 sealing protects the contents from dust and jets of water, so the box can be left on a job site or in an open trailer.

Construction

• durable housing made of impact-resistant plastic,
• metal front latches,
• lid gasket providing IP65,
• side handles and a top handle,
• load capacity of about 50 kg.

The TOUGHSYSTEM 2.0 system

The box connects with automatic latches to other TOUGHSYSTEM 2.0 modules, including the cart, organizers and drawers. It most often forms the bottom, heaviest element of a stack. It can also be fixed in a van rack on system mounts.

The large, single compartment without dividers makes it easier to carry bulky items, and additional inserts and organizers can be chosen to suit your needs.
