DH FitLife - Fitness Exercise Mat 183x61 cm, Black

DH FitLife - Fitness Exercise Mat

The DH FitLife exercise mat is versatile gym equipment, used during strength exercises, functional training, yoga or stretching. The 1 cm thickness provides optimal cushioning for the joints and feet during intense movements, while protecting the floor and reducing the noise generated by training equipment placed on the mat.

Material and durability

The mat is made of high-density nitrile butadiene rubber, a skin-friendly, non-slip and tear-resistant material. The edges of the mat are covered with tape, so with long-term use it does not lose its shape and stays stable on any floor.

Use and transport

The mat works both for training at home and at the gym - it is suitable for yoga, gymnastics, burpee-type exercises, HIIT or strength training. It can be rolled up and stored in a small space, and the included carry strap makes it easy to transport, for example to group classes or on a trip.
