DN Autogas Parts - copper pipe for LPG and CNG installations

A 1-meter length of copper pipe designed for LPG and CNG gas installations in cars. The pipe meets the requirements of UN ECE Regulation R67-01, which sets technical requirements for autogas system components, so it is suitable for building or repairing vapor-phase and liquid-phase lines in a car's LPG system.

Use

The pipe works as a line connecting the reducer, vaporizer, gas injectors or LPG tank in a car installation. Outside the automotive sector it can also be used in chemical and petrochemical installations, gas distribution networks, liquid fuel distribution networks and compressed air systems, making it a universal product for workshops dealing with autogas.

Technical parameters

The pipe has an outer diameter of 8 mm with a wall thickness of 1 mm, which matches the typical dimensions used in LPG installations fitted to passenger cars. Its pressure resistance (test pressure 520) allows safe operation under the typical conditions of a vehicle gas installation.

Installation

The copper pipe is easy to bend and shape when routing the gas installation in the engine bay and under the body, and connections are made with typical compression fittings used in autogas workshops. Before installing an LPG system, it is recommended to have the work done by a licensed gas installer.
