The Dyson brush bar with part number 966751-01 is an original replacement part dedicated to the ErP versions of the DC40, DC41 Mk2 and DC55 upright vacuum cleaners, and is also compatible with DC75 models. The brush bar sweeps dust, pet hair and fine dirt from floors and carpets while vacuuming.

Important: ERP versions only

This brush roll is intended only for models marked as ErP. A different part number is used for NON-ErP versions of the same models, so before buying it is worth confirming the exact designation of your vacuum cleaner.

When to replace the brush bar

• When the bristles on the bar are worn and no longer pick up dirt effectively
• When hair or threads have wound around the bar's axle, making it hard to turn
• During standard inspection and maintenance of the vacuum head
