Dyson PencilWash – slim wet cleaning mop

The Dyson PencilWash is a cordless device for washing hard floors that picks up wet and dry dirt at the same time: spilled drinks, crumbs, dried-on stains or pet hair. It has a very thin, straight body in the form of a rod, so it weighs only about 2.2 kg and slides easily under furniture.

How it cleans

The head with a rotating roller is constantly moistened with clean water from a 300 ml tank. The roller picks up dirt, and the rotating motion gently pushes the device forward, so guiding it takes no effort. The head design does not clog with dirt, and the floor dries quickly after cleaning.

Ease of use

• two power levels selected with a button on the handle,
• run time of up to about 30 minutes on a single charge,
• removable drip tray for setting the device down after cleaning,
• flat head design for cleaning under low furniture.
