In addition, heart rate measurement takes about 8 seconds, so be patient and wait a moment for monitoring to finish. 3. If Bluetooth is turned off while using some functions, data will not be sent to the app. There may also be delays when transferring this data. Keep a good Bluetooth connection while monitoring heart rate or sleep and wait a moment for the data transfer to finish. 4. Our fitness tracker can be charged only with the charger included in the package. Place the charging pin close to the tracker in the right direction. If you still do not know how to use this function properly, please contact us and we can provide a charging guide. 5. Fitness tracker data will be deleted the next day. Check the latest information in the app to compare and save it. 6. We strongly recommend that our customers read the manual before use. 7. For sleep monitoring, the default trial time is 22:00 ~ 8:00. You must wear the fitness device while sleeping, otherwise the data will not be tracked at all.
