Fantasy and science fiction comics

Fantasy and science fiction comics

In this category you will find comics set in worlds of magic and the future: heroic fantasy, cosmic space operas, cyberpunk, post-apocalypse, and adaptations of well-known novels and films. There are both single albums and extensive collected editions of cult series.

Many fantasy comics appear in series, so it is worth checking the volume number and reading order. Hardcover collected editions gather several albums in one volume, which can be more convenient and works well on a collector's shelf.

Pay attention to the art style and target audience – some titles are intended for younger readers, while others contain mature content. Information about the writers and artists, the format and the number of pages will help you compare editions. Comics are also an interesting gift for fans of fantasy. Collector's editions often include sketches and extras such as cover galleries or creators' commentary.
