Floristry

Floristry – floral materials and accessories

The category is intended for people who arrange bouquets, centerpieces and flower compositions themselves. You will find floral foam, wires, tapes and adhesives, ribbons, nonwoven fabrics and papers for wrapping flowers, as well as baskets, flower boxes and wreath bases.

The choice of materials depends on the type of composition. For fresh flowers, water-absorbing foam is used, and for dried and artificial flowers – dry foam. Floral tape helps join stems, and wire of the appropriate thickness lets you shape the bouquet.

Before buying, it is worth planning the size and color scheme of the composition and the occasion for which it is being made. Wrappings and ribbons are best matched to the color of the flowers, and for occasion decorations, decorative additions and fixing elements will also come in handy. Pruning shears and floral scissors, hot glue guns and cut flower food are also useful, helping bouquets stay fresh longer.
