Frankberg left electric exterior mirror for VW Transporter T5

Frankberg - complete left exterior mirror for VW Transporter T5

The exterior mirror is one of a car's most important active safety elements, giving the driver visibility of the situation behind and beside the vehicle. The Frankberg mirror presented here is a complete replacement on the driver's (left) side, including the housing, mechanism and mirror glass, ready for direct installation.

Features

The mirror is electric - its position is adjusted from the cabin using a switch, with no need for manual adjustment at the door. It is also equipped with a heated glass function, which prevents the mirror from fogging up and frosting on cold days, improving visibility in difficult weather. The 5-pin connector ensures full electrical compatibility with the vehicle's wiring.

Compatibility

The product is intended for the Volkswagen California T5 Camper, Multivan V and Transporter V (Bus and Van) from 2003-2015, in versions with body codes 7EA, 7EB, 7EC, 7EF, 7EG, 7EH, 7EJ, 7EM, 7EN, 7HA, 7HB, 7HF, 7HH, 7HJ, 7HM and 7HN. OEM reference numbers include 7H1857507A and 7H1857521A.

Material and installation

The mirror is made of aspherical glass and durable plastic, with a primed surface ready for painting in the body color. It mounts on the door in place of the original, damaged part, and the mirror can be folded manually.
