Gardena 18279-20 – quick coupling set for 13 and 15 mm hose

Gardena 18279-20 – garden hose quick coupling set

The quick coupling set for 13 mm (1/2 inch) and 15 mm (5/8 inch) garden hose is a basic connector and end piece that lets you connect the hose to a tap or change the attachment at its end in seconds. As part of the Original Gardena system, it fits other accessories in this family, such as sprinklers, spray guns and connectors.

How it works

The set contains two parts: a gray hose connector for the tap-side inlet and a black quick coupling with water stop for the end of the hose. The water stop function lets you swap the attached device without turning off the water at the tap. The connector is fitted to the hose without tools, and further accessories snap on with a single click.

Ease of use

• grooves on the grip ensure a secure hold even with wet hands,
• watertight connection and durable plastic construction,
• works with hoses of 13 mm and 15 mm diameter,
• low weight, about 55 grams.
