Garmin Approach S44 43 mm – GPS golf watch, black

Garmin Approach S44 43 mm – GPS golf watch

The Approach S44 is a slim smartwatch for golfers with a color 1.2-inch AMOLED touchscreen in a round anodized aluminum case. The watch comes preloaded with a database of over 43,000 golf courses worldwide, so right after you put it on it shows distances on the current hole.

Golf features

The screen shows distances to the front, middle and back of the green, and the Hazard View function helps you avoid bunkers and other obstacles. With PinPointer you can aim your shot even when the flag is not visible. Your score is saved directly on the watch and can be sent to the Garmin Golf app to track statistics and calculate your handicap.

An everyday smartwatch

Once paired with an iOS or Android smartphone, the watch displays notifications about e-mails, text messages and other alerts, so you can leave your phone in the golf bag. The built-in GPS, GLONASS and Galileo receiver provides accurate positioning on the course.

Battery and build

The watch is water resistant to a depth of 50 meters, and the lithium-polymer battery lasts up to 10 days in smartwatch mode or up to 15 hours with continuous GPS use during play.
