The Gemini CDX-2250i is a dual-tray DJ CD player designed for rack mounting. It supports Audio CD discs, burned CD-R discs and MP3 files, and also lets you play music from a memory device connected via USB. It works well in a mobile DJ booth, in a club, at a wedding and in a school radio system.

Comfortable work on two decks

Each of the two tracks has its own rubber jog wheel with a finger dimple, used to search for a part of a track and for temporary tempo changes (pitch bend). Tempo adjustment works in ranges of plus or minus 4, 8 and 12 percent, which makes beatmatching easier. A large LCD with blue backlighting shows time and track number even in a dark club, and the +10 button speeds up navigation on long discs.

Reliable start and shock protection

Instant start and a Cue point with preview let you cue in the next track precisely. A RAM buffer protects playback from skipping when the table or stage shakes from the bass. The unit can be programmed and set to repeat tracks, which is useful for background music.
