Gintai LCD hinge set for HP Envy X360 15-ED/15-EE

Gintai LCD hinge set for HP Envy X360 laptop

Screen hinges are mechanical parts connecting the display panel to the laptop base - over time they can loosen, stick or crack, causing the screen to wobble or making it hard to open. Replacing a worn pair of hinges restores smooth, stable operation of the lid without replacing the whole housing.

Applications

• Replacement hinges for HP Envy X360 15-ED, 15-EE, 15M-EE and 15M-ED models
• The set contains a pair of mounting hinges for the LCD screen
• Before buying, compare your laptop's model number and the product photo to make sure it is compatible

Installation

Replacing the hinges requires detaching the lid with the screen from the laptop base, so it is recommended to leave this task to someone experienced in computer hardware repair. The manufacturer recommends keeping your hands dry during installation to avoid damaging electronic components.

Durability

The set is made as a direct replacement for the original hinges - it extends the life of the laptop instead of replacing the whole device because of a mechanical lid fault.
