GLBMXDD – weld cleaning machine 1300 W, stainless steel

GLBMXDD – 1300 W weld cleaning machine

The GLBMXDD is an electric device for cleaning and polishing welds on stainless steel. Using electrolysis, it removes black and yellow discoloration and weld marks, and it needs no rinsing, which simplifies and speeds up surface finishing in the workshop.

Power and control

The 1300 W machine uses an IGBT power transistor, which ensures stable operation. A panel with a knob and a digital display lets you set the cleaning parameters precisely. The circuit has protection that limits short-circuit current.

Cooling and durability

A cyclone heat dissipation system and a large finned heatsink maintain constant power during continuous operation. Higher-capacity capacitors are used.

Applications

• processing welds on stainless steel,
• finishing welded pipes,
• removing discoloration and weld marks,
• polishing metal surfaces in the workshop.
