Goodyear EfficientGrip Performance 205/55 R16 91V - summer car tyre

Goodyear 205/55 R16 91V - summer car tyre

The Goodyear summer tyre in size 205/55 R16 is designed for compact and mid-size passenger cars. Load index 91 means a load capacity of up to 615 kg per wheel, and speed index V allows safe driving at up to 240 km/h. The tyre has a universal fit for 16-inch rims with a width matching the 205 mm section size.

Performance

According to the EU label, the tyre achieved class B for fuel consumption and class A for wet grip, which translates into a shorter braking distance in difficult conditions. The external noise level is 68 dB. The R (radial) construction and the 55 profile provide a good balance between ride comfort and handling precision.

Use

The tyre is intended for driving in the summer season, in above-freezing temperatures, when the rubber compound keeps its optimal flexibility and grip. It works well in city traffic as well as on longer routes. Fitting as a full axle set (a pair or a set of four tyres) at a professional tyre shop with wheel balancing is recommended.
