The HALDER paving hammer from the SIMPLEX series is a tool made for laying paving stones, paving slabs and other surfaces, where a strong yet surface-friendly blow matters. The two-part head made of malleable cast iron holds replaceable inserts – one of hard rubber, the other of superplastic plastic – so a single tool lets you match the hardness of the blow to the type of material.

Use

The paving hammer works well for setting paving stones, curbs and terrace slabs, as well as in carpentry and assembly work where a classic metal hammer could damage the surface. The rubber insert cushions the blow and leaves no marks on light stone or concrete, while the superplastic insert lets you drive the element in harder without cracking it.
