Handmade seed paper invitations - 25 sheets

Handmade invitations made of seed-embedded paper

The handmade invitations in this listing are a unique, eco-friendly paper made by Indian craftspeople with a tradition going back to the 14th century, with a mix of wildflower seeds embedded in it. The set contains 25 sheets in 13 x 18 cm format, made of 100% recycled cotton, sun-dried, free of acids and chemicals. The manufacturer expressly recommends this paper for wedding announcements and invitations, which makes it a fitting choice for this category.

The thick 250 GSM paper does not show through and has a pleasant texture, so it works very well as a base for handmade invitations - wedding, birthday or special occasion. After writing the message and using the invitation, the sheet of paper can simply be planted in the ground, and the seeds embedded in it will grow into wildflowers - a unique, eco-friendly keepsake for guests.

Natural material for many techniques

The paper handles various creative techniques - writing, drawing, watercolour, ink and pencil, which lets you fully personalise each handmade invitation. Because each sheet is made by hand, there may be natural differences in texture and shade - this is a characteristic feature of authentic handmade paper craft, not a defect.

The manufacturer holds a Sedex SMETA certificate, guaranteeing fair working conditions for the craftspeople who make the paper. The handmade invitations from this set are an original alternative to standard, printed invitations - appreciated by couples planning an eco-style wedding and by people organising intimate, individual celebrations. This invitation paper is genuine handmade paper with embedded flower seeds.
