Haofy – spherical mooring fender for boats

The Haofy fender is an inflatable PVC protective ball that protects a boat's hull from damage during mooring maneuvers and accidental contact with a pier or another vessel. The soft but durable shell effectively cushions impacts, leaving no scratches on the hull side.

Material and resistance

The fender is made of 3.8 mm thick PVC, resistant to salt water, UV radiation and aggressive cleaning agents. This construction provides good aging resistance and allows many years of use in harsh marine conditions, while keeping a high surface gloss.

Applications

The ball works for mooring yachts, sailboats, rowing boats, jet skis, kayaks, inflatable boats and fishing boats, and thanks to its good visibility can also serve as a marker or anchor buoy. The manufacturer recommends using at least three fenders per vessel during standard mooring, preferably with an additional 2-meter mooring line.

Installation

The fender is installed by hanging it on the side of the boat with a line threaded through the handle, at a suitable height relative to the waterline and the pier. The 250 x 310 mm model works well on smaller and medium-sized recreational vessels.
