JURGA Tiefgrund Primer Plus 5 l – deep-penetrating primer for walls

JURGA Tiefgrund Primer Plus 5 l – deep-penetrating primer

Tiefgrund Primer Plus is an acrylic-based deep-penetrating primer intended for preparing walls and floors before painting, wallpapering, skim coating or tiling. It penetrates the structure of the substrate, strengthens it and reduces its absorbency, so subsequent finishing layers adhere better and less of them is used.

Application

This is a universal wall primer that works both indoors and outdoors. It performs well on concrete, gypsum plasters and plasterboard. As a priming agent it stabilizes the substrate and helps achieve an even, uniform final result.

Application method

The product can be applied with a brush or roller. Depending on the absorbency of the substrate, it is diluted with water at a ratio of 1:1 or 1:2. Drying time is about 2 hours per coat, so renovation work can proceed quickly.

Coverage

According to the manufacturer, the 5 l pack is enough for about 50 m² of surface. The product is quick-drying, and once dry it forms a good base for acrylic paint and other coatings.
