What they are for

The Praktis 160 is a pair of eyeglass lenses from the Polish manufacturer JZO, designed to be fitted into frames by an optician. They are aspheric lenses with a refractive index of 1.6, so at a similar prescription strength they are thinner than classic lenses with a lower index.

Coating

The lenses have a hardened SHMC anti-reflective coating with a slick, hydrophobic surface. It reduces glare and makes cleaning easier, and the image is clearer when driving after dark and working at a screen.
