K2 Method - alpine ski boots

The K2 Method is an alpine ski boot designed for freestyle skiers and for those looking for a roomy, forgiving last for skiing all over the mountain and in the park. The design focuses on comfort and gentler flex, which makes it easier to ride both on terrain obstacles and in everyday runs down the slopes.

Fit and comfort

The Method shell made of TPU is fully heat moldable, which lets a ski shop fit the boot to the individual shape of the foot for greater comfort during long days on the slopes. The boot cuff is made of polypropylene (PP), and the Intuition Classic Tongue additionally improves boot feel and calf comfort.

Performance

The flex index is 90, which corresponds to boots of moderate stiffness - suitable for intermediate skiers, valued for flexibility in the park and forgiveness of technical mistakes. The last width is 102 mm, which gives the foot more room than in narrow racing boots.

Sole and walking

GripWalk soles improve traction and walking comfort off the skis - for example in a parking lot, in the lodge or between runs - compared to classic, smooth soles of alpine ski boots.
