Kaico SD2PSX Gen2 8 GB - memory card adapter for PS1 and PS2

Kaico SD2PSX Gen2 - memory card for PS1 and PS2

A modern memory card adapter designed for PlayStation 1 and PlayStation 2 consoles. Instead of a traditional card limited to a single save, the SD2PSX uses a MicroSD card, on which you can store tens of thousands of virtual memory cards.

Virtual memory cards for PS1 and PS2

The device lets you create virtual memory cards of 128 KB for PS1 games and cards from 1 MB to 64 MB for PS2 games, compatible with both consoles. The included 8 GB MicroSD card holds over 60,000 PS1 memory cards or over 8,000 PS2 cards.

Support for popular boot solutions

The adapter supports launching solutions such as FreePSXBoot (Unirom, Tonyhax) on PS1 and FreeMCBoot and OpenTuna on PS2, which is handy when using alternative software on older consoles.

Easy updates

The built-in USB-C port lets you update the device's firmware without having to disassemble the console.
