The LifePro Waver vibration platform lets you train your whole body at home thanks to a smooth oscillating motion that works the muscles intensively. The device offers as many as 99 speed levels, so you can adjust the exercise intensity for both beginners and more advanced users.

Workout programs and controls

The platform has ten preset workout modes, and you can also set any speed in the 1–99 range yourself. It is operated with a convenient remote control or the panel on the device, and a clear LED display shows the current speed and the duration of the workout session.

Equipment and storage

The set includes four resistance bands and two fitness loops, so you can also do upper-body exercises, using the platform's vibration as additional resistance. The 200 W motor runs quietly, and the compact dimensions of the device let you slide it under a bed or furniture after your workout.
