An everyday rotary hammer

The DHR243 is a brushless Makita rotary hammer from the 18 V LXT series, designed for everyday work on building sites and installations. It drills holes for anchors and conduits in concrete and brick, and in chiseling mode it removes tiles, plaster or leftover mortar. The interchangeable chuck lets you fit a standard drill chuck and drill in wood or steel.

RTJ kit

The RTJ version has two 5.0 Ah batteries, which give noticeably longer runtime than the 3.0 Ah batteries of the RFJ version, plus a charger and a Makpac case. The tool is ready to work right after unpacking.
