Product data

Buckwheat groats are usually prepared in a ratio of one measure of groats to two measures of water, cooked covered for about fifteen minutes and then left to stand to mature. They naturally contain no wheat, and thanks to the large size of the set they are suitable for a family kitchen and for cooking in advance.
