Manga

Manga are Japanese comics that have gained popularity all over the world. In this category you will find manga in Polish editions, covering various genres: adventure shonen, romantic shojo, fantasy, science fiction, horror, comedies, slice-of-life stories, and titles for adult readers.

Manga is usually read from right to left, in line with the Japanese original, and published in volumes forming longer series. Before buying, check the volume number to keep the right reading order, and the age category indicated by the publisher.

Collectors pay attention to special, collector's and omnibus editions, and to extras such as color pages, dust jackets or bookmarks. Manga is a good gift for anime fans who want to get to know the source of a favorite series or the continuation of its plot. For beginner readers it is worth recommending shorter series or the first volumes of popular titles, which let you get to know the style of manga without a big outlay at once.
