Minecraft - game for PlayStation 3

Minecraft - game for PlayStation 3

Minecraft for PlayStation 3 is the console version of one of the most popular sandbox games in the world. The player explores an open, procedurally generated world built of blocks, gathers resources and uses them to create their own structures, tools and buildings - from simple huts to elaborate fortresses.

Gameplay

The core of the gameplay is collecting materials such as wood, stone or ore and processing them into items and building elements. The game offers a survival mode, in which you have to manage resources and defend yourself against enemies that appear at night, and a creative mode with unlimited access to materials, intended for free building. The PlayStation 3 version supports local network multiplayer and split-screen play for several players.

Who this game is for

Minecraft for PlayStation 3 is a good choice for both children and adults who like building, exploring and creating their own worlds, and for families looking for a game to play together on one console.
