This becomes extremely useful on trips into the wilderness, where there is no access to electricity - you only need to remember to bring spare batteries. The T50 also has a battery level indicator, so you will know when to replace the batteries or recharge the rechargeable ones.

Talk without charges.

The two-way radio does not require a license, as it uses the free PMR 446 radio frequency band. It can be used in practically all European countries, so it is ideal for a trip deep into the continent. The device supports 8 channels + 121 codes (38 CTCSS codes and 83 DCS codes) and has a maximum range of around 6 km (*depending on terrain and environmental conditions). A characteristic feature of the Motorola T50 is the so-called Dual Watch. It is simply the ability to alternately scan and listen to two different channels.
