OMMO MD-3006 Metal Detector for Kids – adjustable, waterproof coil

OMMO MD-3006 – metal detector for the youngest treasure hunters

The OMMO MD-3006 is a lightweight metal detector designed especially for children taking their first steps in treasure hunting. Simple operation, an animated display and adjustable length make the device work on the beach as well as in the garden or park.

Adjustable height and low weight

The detector's shaft can be extended from 46.7 to 96.9 cm, so the device grows with the child and fits different heights. The whole construction weighs only 0.76 kg, so a child can use it for a longer time without tiring their arms.

Clear display and waterproof coil

The detector signals the proximity of metal with an animated indicator on the LCD display and an audio signal, which makes it easier for the child to follow the progress of the game. The search coil has an IP54 protection rating, so it can be used on wet sand or in shallow water (the control housing itself is not waterproof).

Solid build and full set

The housing is made of drop-resistant ABS plastic, and the construction is foldable, which makes it easier to store and take on a trip. Besides the detector itself, the set includes a plastic shovel and rake, so the child can move straight on to digging up finds.
