Panasonic HC-VX3 - 4K video camera with 24x optical zoom

Panasonic HC-VX3 - 4K video camera

A compact video camera with 4K recording, intended for filming family events, travel and footage that requires freedom of cropping during editing. The manufacturer highlights the bright lens and wide-angle shots, which make filming indoors and of groups easier.

Zoom and stabilization

The camera offers 24x optical zoom and an additional digital zoom of up to 48x, and the HYBRID O.I.S.+ system is meant to reduce image shake when filming handheld, also at high zoom. The CMOS sensor used and 4K cropping give more room to maneuver when editing the footage later.

Screen and connectivity

The 3-inch screen makes framing and previewing recordings on the spot easier. The camera has built-in Wi-Fi (802.11b/g), which allows transferring footage without extra cables, and recording is done to SD cards.

Use

It works as a family camera for filming trips, celebrations and everyday moments, as well as for more creative filming and editing that requires working in 4K.
