Philips AWP1775CH – shower filter

The Philips shower filter is installed between the hose and the shower head and is designed to reduce the amount of chlorine and other contaminants in the water used while showering.

Water filtration

The design combines double mesh filtration with NSF-certified KDF material. Thanks to this, the filter reduces the presence of chlorine, as well as contaminants such as rust or fine sediment, which may positively affect bathing comfort and the condition of skin and hair.

Installation and compatibility

The filter fits standard shower hoses and taps, and installing it takes less than two minutes and requires no special tools or plumbing knowledge. The filter material resists limescale buildup and adapts to the temperature of the shower water.

Filter life

The filter can filter up to 50,000 liters of water, which in practice means replacement about every 6–12 months, depending on the quality of tap water in the area. The chrome finish makes it blend well with typical bathroom fixtures.
