Poppstar 1010630 – set of 6 magnetic welding angle holders

The Poppstar set of magnetic welding angle holders is six ferrite holders that hold metal parts at a fixed angle during welding, soldering and other assembly work. The angle holder effectively replaces an extra pair of hands, letting you position and fix parts on your own before the weld.

Angle set and holding force

The set includes two small angle magnets with a holding capacity of up to 4 kg (angles 45, 90 and 135 degrees), two arrow magnets with a capacity of 11.3 kg covering as many as six angles (30, 45, 60, 75, 90 and 135 degrees) and two large hexagonal magnets with a capacity of 11.3 kg for angles 45, 90 and 135 degrees. This selection allows precise positioning of flat, round and rectangular parts.

Use

The angle holders work with WIG, TIG, MIG, MAG and MMA welding, as well as for soldering and work that requires holding a part at an angle during assembly. The maximum operating temperature of the magnets is 80°C.

Build

The magnets are made of ferrite, in triangle and hexagon shapes, with a part thickness of 15 mm. The white color of the housing makes the tool easy to tell apart among other workshop equipment.
