Queen Rock Montreal – restored concert on Blu-ray

Queen – Rock Montreal, concert on Blu-ray

A recording of Queen's famous concert at the Forum in Montreal, filmed on 24 and 25 November 1981 before an audience of about 18,000 people. Freddie Mercury, Brian May, Roger Taylor and John Deacon deliver a powerful, iconic show from the time when the band was at the top of the charts.

Restored picture and sound

For the new release the 35 mm negative was digitized in high resolution and restored frame by frame. The first disc contains the concert in full-screen format, while the second holds the 16:9 version and rehearsal footage for Queen's 1985 Live Aid performance at Wembley, together with an interview with the band.
