QWORK - benchtop laboratory centrifuge

A compact QWORK laboratory centrifuge, intended for small workstations in research laboratories and educational facilities. The device is equipped with a rotor for six 20 ml tubes, also compatible with 15 ml tubes, which gives flexibility with different kinds of samples.

Performance and adjustment

The centrifuge reaches speeds of up to 4000 revolutions per minute, which corresponds to a relative centrifugal force (RCF) of about 1790 x g. The spinning time can be set precisely in the range from 0 to 60 minutes, so you can match the process to the specific type of sample and the required degree of separation.

Construction

• Aluminium alloy rotor, providing higher speed and precise control of the process
• Dust-tight lid protecting the samples while the device is running
• Three suction feet in the base for stability on the bench

Application

The centrifuge is suited to small research laboratories and school science rooms where quick separation of sample components is needed - e.g. when preparing solutions or separating liquid phases from solids.
