RDX MMA shin guards – shin pads for sparring and competition

RDX shin pads are protective gear made for martial artists who train MMA, kickboxing, muay thai or other contact disciplines that require full contact in sparring. The guards protect both the shins and the instep of the foot, so you can train kicks and blocks without fear of injury.

Construction and protection

The inside is padded with thick, multi-layer foam that absorbs impacts – separately on the shin and separately on the instep, so the guard distributes the energy of a hit well across the whole surface. The outer layer is made of durable neoprene, resistant to abrasion and intensive use during regular training at the club.

Fit and comfort

Side panels made of elastic material provide freedom of movement in the ankle, and the inner lining wicks away moisture, reducing the feeling of overheating during long sparring sessions. The guard is secured with two elastic straps – one around the midfoot and the other at the back of the leg – which prevents the guard from shifting during dynamic movements.
