Round moissanite 5 mm – color D gemstone for jewelry

A lab-created moissanite in a round cut, with a diameter of 5 mm and a weight of about 0.5 ct. It is a popular alternative to a diamond: the stone is very hard, disperses light strongly and gives an intense sparkle, while costing a fraction of the price of a natural diamond.

Quality parameters

The stone has color D, the highest grade of colorlessness, and VVS1 clarity – inclusions are practically invisible even under magnification. The cut is rated excellent, so the moissanite reflects light well. A GRA certificate is included with the stone.

Application

A 5 mm moissanite works great as the center stone of an engagement ring, in stud earrings, in a pendant or in jewelry you make yourself. Because of its hardness it is suitable for everyday wear and can be set in gold, silver or platinum.
