RUNCCI-YUN carbon brush set

A set of thirty RUNCCI-YUN carbon brushes, designed as replacements in the motors of power tools such as rotary hammers, circular saws, cut-off saws and angle grinders. The set includes ten different sizes, three pieces of each, which lets you choose the right brush for a specific device.

Material and durability

The brushes are made of graphite and copper, hardened at high temperature, which ensures high hardness and wear resistance during motor operation. The temperature rating of the contacts reaches 1000°C, which allows work in demanding conditions.

When to replace the brushes

Worn carbon brushes show up as smoking or sparking of the power tool motor. When replacing them, it is worth checking the condition of the rotor (armature) - if it is burnt or cracked, replacing the brushes alone may not solve the problem and the rotor will need to be replaced.
